   Inside Water Problems (Basements)

A Seal-Tite® Pressure Relief System is required when moisture is predominantly entering the basement through the floor and where the wall meets the floor. The following illustrates the process beginning with the current condition and ending with the Pressure Relief System installed.

The process involves removing the area of the floor next to the wall. A system is installed under the floor to alleviate the pressure and channel the water out of the area. This system can be used in both finished and unfinished basements. There are various options offered in conjunction with this process including battery back-up systems and even systems not requiring sump pumps.
