1. A series of Grip-Tite® Foundation Pier anchoring brackets made of heavy, industrial-strength steel are attached to the building’s footings.

2. Rugged steel piers are hydraulically driven down to solid bedrock of equal load-bearing strata. This is done below ground so nothing is exposed.

3. Once the Grip-Tite® system is in place, you can expect your house or business to solidly rest on bedrock or equal load-bearing strata instead of unstable soil.
