Push Pier System

Seal-Tite’s push pier system uses the same principles as industrial construction to stabilize your foundation and keep it permanently structurally sound.

First, we attach to your home’s footing a number of Grip-Tite® Push Pier brackets of thick, industrial-strength steel. Then high-pressure equipment hydraulically torques rugged steel piers down to suitable load-bearing levels or bedrock. Keep in mind that this support is done underground, so nothing is exposed. Also, each pier is singly anchored and examined for successful load-bearing.

Finally, the weight of your home is carefully transferred from the original unfit soil to rock-solid piers so your home or commercial building is protected with the pier system permanently in place and hidden from sight.

    Jan & Stacy were a pleasure to work with as well as their crews, Mike, Travis & Alan (and others), who were all professional and cordial throughout the repair process which took several days on site to complete.  Jan made his recommendations, so we hired Seal Tite for my personal needs to repair a major foundation crack in my personal home and successfully made the 43 foot wall structurally sound for less than half the cost of two other proposals.  We sold the home in one day and there is no question that the home is perfectly safe now for the new owner!
