When I called SealTite® in a panic because I had water on the lower floor of my home, you responded promptly. You were courteous and thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why. You gave me a date when the work would be completed and it was completed one week and one day earlier than the stated date! I especially want to thank you for correcting another water problem at my garage door. I had contracted with SealTite® several years ago to solve that problem, but they did not. I thank you for doing correctly what someone else either could not or would not do. It was a pleasure to work with you and all your employees with whom I came in contact.
